As a Certified Sex Therapy Supervisor by the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT), Gail explores a variety of sex therapy topics. Therapists with limited knowledge of sex therapy become comfortable in approaching sexuality, while developing skills to help their clients with sexual concerns. She provides supervision to those who wish to become AASECT certified sex therapists and for those currently AASECT certified sex therapists who want to continue their professional development. Gail also provides supervision to AASECT Certified Sex Therapists who are working towards AASECT Sex Therapy Supervisors.
Gail consults with therapists who are trained in Imago Relationship Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the works of John Gottman and Stan Tatkin. Therapists who receive consultation from Gail experience a welcoming approach to all types of theories, as well as an opportunity to integrate different theoretical frameworks with sex therapy.
